What are acceptable forms of ID?
Acceptable forms of ID are:

A state issued Nevada driver’s license or Nevada state ID card.

U.S. passport or passport card.

U.S. military ID (active- or retired-status).

Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”).

Foreign passport with valid U.S. visa and I-94 .
If Signer does not have an acceptable ID, signer can bring two(2) credible witnesses with acceptable forms of ID to validate signer's identity.
What is the difference between An Acknowledgement and a Jurat?

Acknowledgments are used on official forms that are intended for public records, while jurats are used to ensure the truthfulness, transparency, and honesty of the signer.

Jurats are required for certain types of documents, and often it is indicated. Jurats are frequently utilized in court documents and affidavits.

The purpose of an acknowledgment is for a signer, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a notary that he or she has willingly signed a document. Contrary to a jurat, an acknowledgment does not mean that the signer agrees to a contract or the information within a document.
