Vegas Valley Notary is committed to providing professional and reliable services. Due to the nature of notarial and document-related services, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and compliance with Nevada law.
1. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once rendered:

Notarial acts (including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths/affirmations)

Apostille facilitation after submission to the Secretary of State

Field inspections and courier services once initiated

Wedding officiant services after ceremony completion

Travel fees once the notary has arrived at the appointment location
​2. Refundable Services
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments or billing errors

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance for prepaid services

Inability to perform service due to notary error or scheduling conflict

Date and type of service

Reason for refund request

Proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID)
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.
3. Legal Disclaimer
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Vegas Valley Notary and in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
