By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Vegas Valley Notary provides mobile and in-office notarial services, including:

General notarizations

Apostille facilitation

Field inspections

Wedding officiant services

Courier Services
All services are subject to Nevada law and applicable notarial regulations.
2. Appointment Policy
Appointments may be requested via our contact form. We reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or decline appointments based on availability, service scope, or compliance requirements.
3. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: All service fees will be disclosed prior to confirming your appointment.

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable minimum deposit of $15.00 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation or rescheduling is provided at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Payment in Full: The remaining balance is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Additional Fees: Travel, document preparation, and expedited service fees may apply. Any such fees will be discussed and confirmed during the appointment scheduling process.
4. Document Handling
Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and ready for notarization. We do not provide legal advice or draft legal documents unless retained under a separate attorney-client agreement.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle all documents and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not retain copies of notarized documents unless required by law or requested by the client.
6. Limitations of Liability
Vegas Valley Notary is not liable for damages resulting from:

Improperly prepared documents

Refusal of third parties to accept notarized documents

Delays caused by courier or apostille processing services
7. Compliance
We adhere to the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS Chapter 240) governing notarial acts. We reserve the right to refuse service if a request violates legal, ethical, or professional standards.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
